About us
A local cleaner, not a national agency
Simply Clean Horley is an independent domestic cleaning service based right here in Horley. That means you deal with the person doing the work, you get the same familiar face every visit, and if something needs doing differently you can just say so.
Cleaning is booked by the hour so you stay in control of the cost. Some clients have two hours a week and that keeps the whole house ticking over. Others book a one-off deep clean before Christmas or a move-out clean when a tenancy ends. Both are welcome, and neither is treated as more important than the other.
Horley is home, so the work is close by and the timings are realistic. If you are just outside the town, send your postcode over and you will get a straight yes or no rather than a maybe.
Cleaning is £20 per hour with a two hour minimum booking, so a standard visit starts at £40. You always get a quote before you book, which means you know exactly what the clean will cost before anyone turns up at the door.
Two hours is the minimum amount of time it takes to do a proper job rather than a rushed once-over. It also keeps travel and setup time fair, which is what allows the hourly rate to stay where it is. Most homes need more than two hours for a first clean and less for the regular visits after that.
Horley is home and that is where most of the work is. If you are just outside the town, send a message with your postcode and you will get a straight answer either way rather than being strung along.
Completely up to you. Some clients stay in and get on with their day, others are out at work and prefer to come home to a finished house. Just say how you would like access handled when you book and it will be arranged to suit you.
Weekly and fortnightly are the two most popular options, and both give you the same slot each time so it becomes part of the routine. One-off cleans, deep cleans and move in or move out cleans are booked as and when you need them. There are currently new spaces on Thursdays and Fridays.
Some clients prefer their own products used, particularly if there are allergies, pets or specific surfaces in the house. Others would rather everything was brought along. Let us know which you'd prefer when you book and it will be sorted before the first visit.
